Would like the Materials on site to round up quantities to whole numbers (as items onsite will usually be whole number items)
Want to allow adjustments for items not being claimed and also for materials not yet ordered but will be part of the application - especially when claiming mid month to the end of the month.

When a product / entire project is forecast higher than actual progress in an outgoing application, it would be helpful to have the ability to manually adjust the MOS on a line by line basis prior to generating the outgoing application, so we're not noticeably over claiming (mainly standalone materials e.g. steel posts / access panels / etc.). Something similar to how progress is input via a "slider".
