We want to be able to add a header within the rate build up, that can be moved and relocated just like product templates, but do not need any pricing components assigned. The purpose of this is that, for example, we often put alternative option rate only items collected at the bottom of our schedule, or we have priced the clients specified items, but have added our own additional items in the form of product templates that we know would be required.
The ideal situation here for example is that we can insert a few headers that would read "Client Specified Items", "Rate Only Items" and "Additional Items" and group the relevant product templates accordingly
