Delete assessments

I don't know how many times now i have created an assessment by accident and later looked for an option to delete it. Archive option suggests to me there is some historical estimate and id rather save my own time as well as my colleagues time in future by deleting assessments created in error.

Thanks for this feedback - we have development in progress to allow the deletion of assessments (as long as they have not been tendered).
