Include a new row which displays a number of Issues - eg 3 Issues - click on this link and you get a modal with the issues listed out from which you can click through to add comments / resolve etc
Same principle on incoming S&F applications
Note - Issues get allocated to subcontractors in 1 of 2 ways. Either the issue is assigned to the subcontractor directly, or it is assigned to a specific operative that is currently working for that subcontractor. So the issues displaying are both those allocated to the subcontractor and or their operative for whom they are responsible.
This will give users instant visibility of whether they should be approving payments in full if issues would require some amounts withholding.
