We often retender the same thing multiple times via email back and forth, or use a custom cover letter, so we dont need the system to generate one every time. We would like the option to produce just the tender spreadsheet, and that be capable of being accepted on site as a valid tender. At the moment we can produce draft tenders from the assessment overview, but these cannot be accepted on site without the full tender process at the moment.
So here at this point add a new option to "Generate bill only tender".
