Copy/duplicate products within the RBU without needing to sync back to the database

When product templates have been added to an assessment and then customised for that project, it would be helpful to have the ability to copy another instance of that product within the same assessment for example if you need to do an add/omit within a lump sum assessment or if you have a requirement to duplicate the item on that assessment only and don't want to save it back as a template.
